@alastormage He just needs to work on Cardio. The main reason people don’t have a “6 Pack” is because they have fat over their muscles. If you want real good abs it’s a mixture between this video and a lot of running as well as other workouts. He needs to focus on eating healthy as well as doing workouts that burn fat cause that’s what will get him a 6 pick. That’s why runners are so ripped, cause they run off all their fat. I’m just saying though…
Im doing this once per day, it’s not even week and I’m starting to see some shapes! (: I believe all of us can do it!!

@broly322628 well its true i been doing this for only 1 week and i see my two pack, and yes i think this only gives you a 4 pack cause your doing more of the upper abs than the lower ones, so i guess i recommend you wtching another video i can see me other 2 packs forming makign it a 4 pack but not the 6 pack, soo yeh try to find another vid

you will get the abs yes, but will you be able to see them?
well that depends on other factors, this will not burn you fat around the abs but it will build the muscles its self. To get your 6 pack you will need to do something to loose body fat like running, cycling or swiming for around 20 minutes each day along with eating healthy. Also follow this video and once you loose some of your fat threw running or whatever you will be able to see you lovely 6 pack abs. gl bro
always make sure you warm up first properly before starting this exercise, because you can pull something doing this exercise

fuck this man this is fucking bullshit, this is my 2nd time commenting after the first time I watched this, which was 47 days ago. So I’ve been doing this workout for fucking 47 days now, and all I see is a fucking 4 pack, but I had that 4 pack even before I did this workout, but right now I can see the 4 pack is more built and toned.
