Keep track of your progress. 2. Set multiple short-term goals instead of one long-term goal. 3. Include variety. Experiment with different forms of cardio and foods. 4. Tell people you’re trying to lose weight. 5. Reward yourself after you accomplish one of the short-term goals. 6. If you ever lose motivation, take a minute to visualize the end result. @WartedTomcat1 Man, 5lbs in 4 months!!!! Sounds like your diet is pretty messed up bro. Some golden advice wud be to find how many cals you need per day to maintain your current weight (calculators on weight loss websites site will help) then subtract 500 cals and sticking to that diet, ov not junk food to make up those cals, shud make you lose 1lb-1.slbs per week. Boom 3 sessions of cardio per week and you are good to go, gl bro and never give up
Your vids have opened my eyes.
this is the first time in fifteen yours that someone has told me how to lose weight, that makes sense, thanks bro…
Thank you so much!
You are absolutely right thank you
Thanks so much for this. I was in a car accident and been depressed the past few days. Thanks for bringing me outta my slump.
can you teach us how to get abs :3 ?
I DID tell my friends and family i’m trying to lose weight and I get the same old “you’re not fat” response. I am very aware I’m not fat, I just want to drop 10 lbs to go back to where I was. and instead of supporting me, they constantly shove food in my face. But that’s just me
Number 4 is very true, in fact psychologically speaking peer pressure is a very real thing and does motivate people to do things they maybe wouldn’t normally do.
Why do you have bangs?
Love it, some Kai Greene there “visualize the end result.”
Sometimes these simple things I tend to forget. Thanks man, just liked this video.
Thank you very much for the video I really enjoy your no frills realistic approach, I have a question regarding motivation, is it better when first staring out to have one workout once a week or to have small workouts everyday in order to make working out into a habit?
Just wanted to say that your videos are great! Short, succinct yet full of info! Much appreciated!
Can you do one on how to stay on track with diet. Been having a little trouble lately
I just started circuit training in december, and I like the ones that you post here on youtube. I recently broke my left foot and ankle and I was wondering if you could post a circuit workout that people could do with one leg, or even just an upper body/core circuit workout to stay in shape while recovering
@22640cal sweet! awesome yo! i started at 300lb, now i’m at 270 anxiously waiting to hit the 269 and go down from there
I have lost a significant amount of weight ( over 300lb now 185lb) and I have to say this is the BEST weight loss motivator I have seen. It is spot on with everything. Good Job brother.
You have nice writing. Mine sucks. D=
Great video bro, love your channel and the foods you prepare. Keep it up
@PJgetsFit you should eat a meal an hour or more before you exercise. a snack like some fruit or granola or whatever is ok right before a workout.
@madwithpower unless you were super obese, 1 lb a day isn’t really a good thing. losing weight too fast usually means you’re doing something harmful to yourself, like not eating enough. but if you were like 100+ lbs overweight then it makes sense.
my motivation was seeing a fat sack of crap in the mirror every day and deciding that i was tired of seeing it.
The family thing doesnt always work. Im pretty healthy and my family just say that i care to much and that i need more meat on my bones lol Although they’re all desperately out of shape and always complain about it
thumbs up he must see that
cut your hair on the front man i think you look much better than!
